When we go through tough times as a child, parent or in the family, little things can make a positive difference in how we feel. In this talk, Leighann Ryan Culleton will bring you through the #littlethings campaign and tell some real life stories.
#Littlethings is the national mental health and wellbeing campaign by the HSE's National Office for Suicide Prevention and a coalition of more than 30 partner organisations.
