This event is part of the "Parenting Today" series of talks, workshops and panel discussions organised by Wexford County Council Library Service in conjunction with Wexford CYPSC.
A storytime with information that brings together local and national stakeholders involved in promoting, supporting and normalising breastfeeding in Irish society. Representatives from HSE Public Health Nursing, La Leche League and Cuidiu will be in attendance to provide information and support. Expectant mothers, new mothers and babies will be able to meet experienced and extended breastfeeding mothers and their toddlers. Library staff will choose and read picture books which normalise and promote breastfeeding to compliment their regular storytime books.
