The adoption service works with children and parents who have adopted domestically (stranger adoptions i.e. mothers who place with parents they don’t know; step parent adoptions and fostering to adoption). The service also works with all families who have adopted internationally.

The Family Mediation Service is a professional, confidential service which enables couples who have decided to separate, or who have already separated, to negotiate their separation agreement. This is done with the help of a trained mediator, without resorting to adjudication through the courts.

This is a Statutory service provided through Tusla Child & Family Agency. The team provides a link worker support service to foster carers to assist them in caring for and meeting the needs of the Children In Care placed in their care. The staff members provide specific training to foster carers and additional training and support opportunities on a group level to carers....
Garda JLO’s are specially trained officers who are assigned to work with underage offenders (under 18 years of age). They deal with young people and their families re: crime prevention, the operation of the Youth Diversion Projects and other areas related to young people and the criminal justice system.
