Speaker : Orla Mc Laughlin
Orla helps parents of children with Autism who struggle with knowing the right foods to give their children to help ensure their son/daughter is getting the right foods for a happier, healthier, more socially engaged, connected child. During the talk, participants learn about practical tips on how to improve sleep, digestion and behaviours in their child with Autism / ADHD. Orla is a Registered Nutrition Practitioner accredited with the CNHC Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council professional standards authority. She has completed a MSc in Personalised Nutrition from a Functional Medicine perspective. Orla aims to increase awareness about the importance of gut health, in particular for children with Autism. She works with clients on a one-to-one basis in the areas of Autism, ADHD, digestive, mental and skin health.
