A Programme to Support Your Positive Mental Health and Well Being.

This is a one day training programme offered by Health Promotion & Improvement, Health and Well Being, to support staff to care for their own mental well being and to promote positive mental health in their workplace setting.

What are the aims of this training?

The aim of thistrainingis to better equip staff to support their own mental well being within the work setting and to enable them to promote positive mental well being withing their professional role.

Who Should Attend? The training aims to support all staff who wish to actively support their own mental health and well being and that of their patients and clients.
