MEND (Men Ending Domestic Violence)

MEND (Men Ending Domestic Violence) is a behaviour change group programme for men who are violent within the context of intimate partner relationships.  MEND also includes a Partner Support Service for the partners or ex-partners of the men on the Group Programme.  The programme is managed by the Mens Development Network at their headquarters in Waterford City and funded through the Department of Justice.

Programme Venue : Wexford Town

Programme Length : 32 weeks

Weekly Session : 2 hours duration; 7-9pm

Facilitation: Co-facilitated by two trained facilitators who receive external clinical supervision

Assessments : All referrals will have one or two assessment sessions to assess suitability for the programme

Fees : No fee for service but donations are welcome
