This event is part of "Parenting Today" - a series of talks, workshops and panel discussions which were organised by Wexford County Council Public Library Service and Wexford Children & Young People's Services Committee (CYPSC).
Speaker : Margaret Corcoran
In this event, Margaret will give a cookery demonstration and present several dishes as she shows you how to prepare quick evening meals and healthy lunchboxes for children. She will talk about nutrition, give you recipes, show you how to shop smartly amd preapare these meals yourself. Best of all she knows how to hide goodness within your meals in a way taht will still encourage your child to eat.
