Amy Smith is the Information and Advocacy Co-ordinator with the Dyslexia Association of Ireland (DAI) and will cover how apps for ipads and tablets can be used in an affordable and user-friendly way to help children and young people with dyslexia.  Amy has a background in law and has previously worked for organisations in the area of widening access to education for young people.  Amy is dyslexic and relishes the opportunity to raise awareness of dyslexia.  She has a specific interest in the issue of a lack of self-confidence in dyslexic young people.
