QQI Level 5 General Studies blended learning training programme.
Accessing Change is a Local Training Initiative targetted at women who are long term unemployed or have recently been made unemployed as a result of COVID-19 or women who now require the skills to work remotely. All learners need to be on the Live Register.
The progrmmes aim is to give participants the life skills that are required to secure employment through completing modules such as I.T., Research and Study Skill, Working Remotely, Personal Development, Work Experience and Health and Well Being. It gives participants the opportunity of completing a Major Award Level 5 in General Learning Studies over the 36 week period.
A training allowance up to €100 extra/week in addition to Social Welfare Payment may be available. Child care placement availbale for eligible participants under CETS.
Course Duration : The course is full time and will start in October 2020 and runs until June 2021.
